Ethos and Values
Bampton CE Primary School is an inclusive community whose Christian foundation emphasises that:
- education is aimed at developing the whole child
- every member of the school is valued as a unique individual
- we build a community of learning to which all can contribute their best efforts
These aims are enabled through a quality curriculum delivered by staff who are committed to professional development, working in partnership with parents, the Church and the wider community.
Our school vision is for everyone in our community To be the best we can be for ourselves and others. This vision is underpinned by the three core values of Belonging, Believing, Building. We are a relational school and value the importance of making, maintaining and mending relationships. we teach and promote a grow Mindset and foster a culture where we learn through our mistakes. We use the parable of The Wise Man and The Foolish Man to illustrate the importance of building on strong foundations. A copy is available here for your information The Wise and Foolish Man Story
By balancing academic, social, spiritual and extra-curricular elements we help children build the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to a fully rounded and worthwhile life.
Bampton is a school that lives out its Christian foundation effectively.
