Welcome to Bampton Primary School
We aspire to excellence in all aspects of school life.
Through an exciting and diverse curriculum and with staff who are committed to professional development, we work in partnership with parents to provide an education that brings out the best in every child.
As you can appreciate, there is only so much information that can be gained from our website, however there is no substitute for visiting the school. If you would like to see Bampton Primary School in action, I would be delighted to show you around. Please contact the school office on 01993 850371 to arrange a visit.
We are currently seeking to become part of a multi academy trust with Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust (ODST) and as part of this process their Director of Schools, David Cousins, who is an Ofsted inspector, came and visited the school for the day on Monday 8th December. His aim was to review the school against the new Ofsted framework in order to make a current judgement of the school provision. It was a useful and very encouraging day, the results of which are written up in David Cousin’s report. Whilst this is not an Ofsted inspection I hope the report will be of interest to you.
